DAY 1: LOS ANGELES, CAFRIDAY 7/5/2024
See Boarding Pass Time: Board the Ship
REQUIRED: Board the Navigator of the Seas Ship preferably at 11 AM to start your vacation as early as possible. View your Boarding Pass for your exact Boarding Time. Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 2:30 PM or you will not be permitted to sail.
02:00 PM: Pool Deck 11 - TO SAY HELLO
REQUIRED: Let's all meet at 2pm on Deck 11 for Caribbean Music with Reel Steel to say hello to everyone and to make sure everyone has boarded before the 2:30pm deadline. We will make sure everyone is tied together to be able to CHAT in the Royal Caribbean App. Feel free to hangout on Deck 11 to watch the ship sail-away at 4:00pm. Wear your bright yellow t-shirts so we can easily find you.See Boarding Pass Time: Muster Drill
REQUIRED: This is a required activity by the Cruise Line & the Coast Guard. There are three parts to completing your mandatory safety drill. The first two can be completed in the royal app or on your stateroom TV before you visit your assigned muster station at the set time. Click the down arrow to the right to watch the video.1. Watch the life jacket instructions video. (Watching this video doesn't count toward completing drill. It is for information only)
2. Listen to the emergency horn.
3. Visit your muster station which is listed in the app or on your Seapass card. A crew member will verify you’ve completed both steps and complete your drill or will help you to complete all the steps.
05:15 PM: Main Dining Room
REQUIRED: The Entire Family will meet this night in the main dining room to break bread together and to catch up. Check your Royal App or Sea Card for seating assignments. Pack at least one formal or dressy attire just in case this day is deemed the Captain's Dinner (If this day is deemed the Captain's Dinner you do not have to participate). Check your Royal App to see which day will be the Captain's Dinner so you can dress appropriately or choose another dinner alternative.NOTE: Your seating assignments for Dinner will not be available in the Royal App until you are physically on the ship.
ANY TIME: Entertainment

DAY 2: CRUSING AT SEASATURDAY 7/6/2024
10:15 AM: Meet & Greet
REQUIRED: The entire family will be meeting on Deck 5 in Conference Room C for a Meet & Greet session for about 1 hour. Dress Attire: Very Casual. Make sure to eat your breakfast before attending. If you miss breakfast, refreshments will be served: Coffee, Tea & Cookies. Voting results of 2025 FAMTrippers Destination will be announced.Submit Location Ideas Vote on 2025 Location
05:15 PM: Main Dining Room
OPTIONAL: Some may choose to eat at another location, etc. Others feel free to meet up with family in the main dining room to break bread together and to catch up. All Day: Ensenada, Mexico
The ship docks in Ensenada, Mexico. This is Excursions day! Check the Royal App for all the many tours/excursions available to purchase (different fees and times). Feel free to skip the excursions and stay on the cruise ship to catch some of the many activities aboard the ship.
05:15 PM: Main Dining Room

Early AM: Cruise Departure
